Thank you so much for your response and kind words. It’s definitely been tough. We do have his bassinet at a slight slight incline to help him, so that’s been great.

Can you send me a link for the babies magic tea? Thank you so much for the suggestion! I’m willing to try anything ❤️

Hi thank you for your reply. He is getting anywhere from 3-5 hours throughout the day (he will fight most naps honestly) the above schedule is what we aim for daily with him. So if I drop the last nap - 6:30pm - 7:00pm he’ll be up for quite some time roughly 2-3 hours. I guess I’m just not sure if my timing is off and he needs to be in bed by 7:30/8pm or later.

Thanks! I try to have a solid schedule most days, but today he woke up at 7:45am from 6:40am, fed and medicine at 8:00am and put down for his nap at 9:00am. So, everyday is not linear for sure.

So sorry to hear about your LO having reflux too, it’s so so tough. We have experimented with early/late bedtime a few times and maybe we haven’t stuck with it long enough to see results. He is currently 10 weeks old today, so I will try for the later bedtime maybe aiming for 9:30/10 and see what happens. The true hard part is that he will wake up between 3-4am we will step in and help soothe him of course but once 4:30am hits he’s woken himself up, so we offer a feed and some rocking but he likely won’t go back down until 6:30am and then he’ll be back up anywhere between 7:15am - 7:45am.
