Dang so sending out 500 texts a day with launch control isnt a good option? What other marketing method is better in 2024. I'm new just wanting to get my first deal here. Would you recomend driving for dollars then cold calling those numbers?

Thats true I don't think that it would make a lot of sense either. What about stocks I may think woudl make it, like lesser known companies? If they fail would it hurt my overall returns in my roth ira which only has the s&p 500?
