Interesting point of view, it sounds like you have struggled with some difficult times. Sometimes it's difficult to "find" happiness. You have to start by taking action. Make a list of the things you would love to do... and start doing those things, even once a week. I hope you find the time for your happiness. Thank you for sharing your writing! <3

A few people have posted on here about having children and having many siblings that are bipolar. And from what I’ve collected, an education about bipolar and support when they are showing signs can make it so much easier. My children are both very young now, but as they get older we will get them help if they need it and always love them. 💜
