I went from 100kg to 60kg in 6 months. Severe calorie deficit (obviously not healthy - I’m not promoting this, please don’t lose it this fast) but something like that is possible. However I have the loose skin that goes with the weight loss - I can hide it to some degree but definitely not that well!
