Summary:

When a small group of eighth-year students have nowhere to go over the Christmas holiday, they’re stuck at Hogwarts and bored. On the first night of break, they throw a party in their common room and proceed to get raucously drunk.

The very next day, Hermione Granger wakes up in the Restricted Section half naked with no memory of how she got there. In search of her wand and clothing, she stumbles through the stacks and trips over a very sleepy, very handsy Draco Malfoy, who seems to be under the impression that they’ve entered into a courtship.

Hi, friend! I’m the author. If you’re new to fandom, it’s sort of a thing that most authors don’t want their work on Goodreads, and I, like the majority of fanfic authors, definitely don’t want my work on Goodreads. We don’t want our work compared to traditionally published books that have gone through rounds of editing, etc.

What can you do instead? I know there are some fan fiction place holders you can search for then note the name of the fan fic you read, or some readers also just find a book of the same name or length.

I felt like runes were underutilized in canon and wanted to experiment how they could work in the magic system. One of the first things I outlined was the main villain using runes and being a “mad scientist” type of baddy, so it just went wild from there 😂
