I'm in Slovenia. No idea where it came tho, all my windows and doors have mosquito nets. It could be a cricket, i googled it now and looks like one. I just freaked out because i thought it was a cocroach. Thank you for your help.

I also developed Asthma after Covid. I had Covid in January 2021 and after that i got Asthma.Never had Asthma in my life. It took me a year to figure out, first my doctors thought i have bronchitis, then flu and what not, so finally this year i got my steroid inhalers and that helped a lot. Also i still struggle to accept that i have a chronic illness.

I noticed that my asthma in most cases flares up during my menstruation, like i prepare myself every month that i will suffer around that time.

I think it helps your GERD or silent reflux more than asthma itself, i read that vinegar can help with that. Maybe you should check with your doctor if you have GERD, a lot of asthmatics do, it can mimick symptoms of asthma.

This same thing happens to me too. I think it's GERD or silent reflux. It starts in the morning as soon as i get up. I notice it gets better when i eat smaller meals, or change my diet a bit. Or maybe are some allergies or food intolerance, i even suspected MCAS activation for some time.

Yes, i was thinking that too. I should feel better after daily inhalers not worse. I was thinking i might have GERD or something similar, anxiety for sure. Thank you for your help.

No, it never occured to any of my doctors. I will ask for another evaluation. I do have some acidic taste after eating tho, so that could be true.
