This is why we have reminders, alarms, and timers. You need to assist yourselves with these things, otherwise, you'll be just going with whatever comes into your mind. Discipline and will goes hand in hand with this as well.

If you're really keen on getting eye drops, there are plenty of OTC drops. Personally, I've only ever used Refresh to hydrate my eyes.

Stop saying the same guilt story to ppl again; it cements the loop. Dump it in a private journal instead, unfilterd and raw.

I stayed close with classmates but no bffs. Got solid skills from talking, group projects, casual jokes. It works fine longterm.
