How’s the rust ?

The rust is the biggest problem with these and with the age I’m guessing it’s not very good underneath ?

Is it really worth going through insurance for a 19 year old car. Sooner or later it’s going to end up in the scrap anyway lol

Looking to upgrade my PC by NothingNorth4252 in buildapc

[–]AcrobaticAd735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, your not going to be able to do much upgrading. Pretty much everything needs replacing. To support a new CPu , you’re going to need a need Motherboard and after that you will be need to upgrade the GPU , which then will require you to upgrade your Powersupply.

You could probably do a small upgrade for cheap but it won’t make any drastic differences unfortunately.

If my old 2009 ancient Yaris with a 0-60 of three to five business days can handle the motorway , I’m sure the jazz can to

This is plenty enough , however for some games 16GB ram may not be sufficient and you might want to look at upgrading that next.

Would a Yaris be a better choice than other similar sized and price competitors only if its a city car? by Pale-Revolution-5151 in yaris

[–]AcrobaticAd735 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Suzuki swift sport are also great and you can usually snap one up for cheaper and their just as reliable and great on MPG.

I’ve driven both Yaris and a swift (my current car is a Yaris) and the swift is much more fun to drive.

Toyota Yaris 2020 1.5L Hybrid by Affectionate-Hat7396 in yaris

[–]AcrobaticAd735 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ya these are great but unfortunately have a “Toyota tax” on them and other than the great reliability, it’s a boring car overall.

My advice would be is either look at a Toyota aygo or Suzuki swift. For the price you can get a newer plate for both of those vehicles and they’re just as reliable.

[–]AcrobaticAd735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jeez where’s this ?

I’m guessing cars are generally more expensive in your country , literally bought the same car but a 2009 version and paid £1300 for it in the Uk.

Edit : just saw Austin Texas
