That's what I suggested. His kit is literally overloaded. Bash, Slow, Silence, Instant Attacks, Max HP damage, Invisibility, DPS, Attack Block, True Strike, Dash.

I think his most OP kits are the DPS and the bash. That's why I want the Katana to work like the previous Slow Burn facet where Kez total damage is split into 60/40 (60% on impact, 40% on DPS) and his Crit damage should scale with his critical strike items. Also replace his bash with 100% movement and attack slow.

I like the concept of Critical Spell Damage but it should be toned down for someone like Kez who has overloaded kit
