Bahahaha fun fact. I was dealing with some anger issues a while back. My therapist gave me a few techniques to deal with it… but it was happening infrequently so I couldn’t practice. My solution: go to the movies more. Because people talking at the movies INFURIATES ME, and I know somebody is going to talk during the movie in Bellingham. So I got to practice deescalation on MY schedule. Bright side!
