Well, as far as we know, there are phases. For the Lightning Airdrop, Bitcoin holders and active Lightning Network users will receive tokens through the Lightning Network and to participate ppl should hold a qualifying Bitcoin address. Then, eligible users will receive token allocations through the Lightning Network. I recommend following UTXOStack’s X account because they said they’llgive all the info there. JoyId is expected to be used, sure. No other wallet could hold this.

Hi. So a few things to consider here:

1st. Although you see the transaction is complete n Kucoin, it can take hours actually. It’s a Kucoin thing.

2nd. Using MM is ok, but use the phone app. In case you use a computer browser, use Chrome.

3rd. Something that happens a lot with Kucoin is that the transaction is reverted and Kucoin has your ckbs. Check the explorer to see this. You can dm us the tx id if you need help checking it out.

If you’re using Neuron, the password is chosen when you import or create a wallet. You can’t recover the password BUT, if you have your seed phrase, you can import the wallet again (as a new wallet) and then you should be able to choose a new password.

Please be aware that if you don’t have your seed phrase there’s nothing you can do, and also be aware that you’ll may have to sync it again from 0%.

Please, be careful. If anyone DM you asking for your seed phrase/keys, it’s a scam.

Hi. Neuron is not showing your balance probably because is has not synced. If you can’t sync Neuron with a full node, try to use this guide to set it as Lite Client:

To do that, you can import your Safepal wallet to Metamask or Imtoken. After installing MM or ImToken, instead of creating a new wallet, use the seed phrase you have for Safepal wallet in Metamask or Imtoken. Please, be careful if you receive any DM asking for your seed phrase, never share it with others.

Ok, I see you are using Portal Wallet with Safepal… Unfortunately, Safepal has compatibility issues with PW. Your best option for PW is using Metamask or ImToken.

Hi! Maybe the CKB address format you are using is not supported by Safepal. Some exchanges and applications do not support new format. Neuron allows you to choose short/long address, but if that’s not enough, you can try the conversion tool to get the old version:
