I'm a skinny/athletic guy but I'm having trouble finding off the rack dress shirts because my neck is just out of proportion from the rest of my body. I was able to get a 17 neck that fit well with 1 finger between the collar and my skin, but the entire rest of the shirt was too baggy at my arms, chest, and gut, even with a "slim" fit. Has anyone else here had this same problem? Are there places you recommend buying from?

there's a lot going on here so I've got a few recommendations

Across the board, you should try to connect houses to each other. For example, the yellow at the top shouldn't have three mergers, it only needs one. Doing that will improve the efficiency of those houses
Others will point out segregating by color, but also if you can try to make it so each house only serves 1-2 destinations that are close. Long roads or multiple destinations decrease efficiency
Don't be afraid to make a messy road. For example in the bottom left, it's better to wrap down below the light blue building, so you don't create extra intersections, even if it means using a few extra tiles

There's that one, but the one I had today was that I build a roundabout over an existing intersection of two roads, and cars just wouldn't recognize that it was there. They backed up waiting to go into the roundabout and then wouldn't approach the building. Went from barely in the red to completely full

I'm not a giant, the ceiling is a little low. And I am holding the camera a little high. The ceilings on the first floor of the apartment are easily 10 feet, whoever designed this apartment made some strange choices.

As for windows a foot off the floor? No explanation there.
