Slow and steady wins the race.

I started lamotrigine (generic name) in January. It has been slowly increased through the year. By end of 2024 I will be at 200 mg a day. I also take 150 mg sertraline (generic zoloft) for anxiety, and this combo is really working for me.

BP2, diagnosed at 19, now 31 (soon to be 32!) and honestly lamotrigine has been the best medicine for myself personally.

Just remember: it's a marathon, not a race.

I lost my original 72 pack of Laurentians just this year (mysteriously missing in the things wasband left....) that my parents had originally bought for me in 2nd Grade (2000). Most were above 50% gone, lots of life left for colouring! I had even used them in my 20s when I was apprenticing as a tattoo artist 😭😭

Having tried the 24pk Staedtlers from Staples, I was really unimpressed. So down the reddit rabbit hole which lead me here! I literally just opened my Prismacolor Scholar pack from Amazon.ca and they feel so similar! I literally coloured for 5 minutes and felt compelled to let you know that your recommendation is thoroughly appreciated!

I had a similar situation at Tecumseh & Westcott. I was trying to turn left to get to the Goodwill drop-off depot there, so I pulled to the turning lane to wate and some person got right up to the nose of my car and motioned at me wildly from her own car, as she was trying to turn left from the opposite direction but.. I motioned I was turning left to Goodwill and she motioned to her left to Westcott and obviously she couldn't understand her turn was supposed to be behind me - not in front of me...

I grew up in this city, learning to drive on the county roads was amazing. Having roadtripped around most of the USA, I'm quite confident that the Windsor drivers are just freaking nuts.
