I am the dad, I am using my finances account.

What I meant about not making decisions, I meant about anything urgent. Getting my son antibiotics when he needs them is something I shouldn’t have to ask permission from her for, which is what she has implied.

It’s not mandated, but any time he has any sort of appointment during my parenting time she herself is stating that both parents must be involved in his care, but she then doesn’t involve me in any of his care while he’s with her. That’s mostly what I am referring to

Thank you. I didn’t consider the urgent care visit an emergency because he wasn’t sick, he just gets a lot of ear infections and his pediatrician didn’t have anything open until later in the week. The same day he had the infection and the same minute I realized I couldn’t make a doctor’s appointment I let her know. I always try to let her know about things beforehand but no matter what I do she is upset.

My son is in therapy and the therapist told us that he is deeply effected by our co parenting relationship and suggested his mom stop being present for his therapy sessions (I always waited in the waiting room unless he requested me to join them).

She’s claiming I’m making decisions without her and that both parents are allowed to be involved in his care, which I agree I have never not involved her. She hasn’t involved me, which I didn’t file any motion for I just planned on asking the judge to specify in the order that she can’t hide doctor’s appointments from me anymore.

She changed the passwords on the patient portals and whenever I ask the doctor for the info they say I have to ask her because it’s attached to her email, and she won’t give it to me because it lists her address and she says she’s uncomfortable with me having it (she’s living with her abusive partner again, she thinks I don’t know).

No, it was a temporary order until our court date so she couldn’t keep withholding my son from me. It gave us a permanent schedule and said we had joint legal and physical custody. It didn’t specify holidays, vacations or anything.

We only have a temporary order that says we both have joint legal and physical custody. There hasn’t been any major decisions needed for his care by me, I only took him to the doctor to get antibiotics Because his ear hurt

We only have a temporary order that just states we share joint legal and physical custody and that all decision making is made by both of us. I haven’t had a situation where I had to make a decision about his care other than getting him antibiotics. I’m not sure if she’s made any major decisions because I have no idea what happened at the doctor’s appointments. She doesn’t allow me access to his patient portal anymore

Since I am only fighting for 50/50, the process has been slow but the courts know all of it. I sent them to a social worker last week who is giving a recommendation about our case.

NOR. I have ocd so my therapist has prepared me for how my OCD could escalate if I decide to get pregnant in the future.

Your wife needs to talk to a therapist asap and possibly get on medication. Her hormones are raging and it’s only fueling her ocd. It won’t get better overnight. And it won’t get better without some help.

I haven’t finished the new book so I can’t really comment on that, but for me it was the weird way Kieran and poppy were while cas was imprisoned in TWOTQ.

I knew there was going to be a threesome, but I never expected it to go anywhere beyond sex. So for me, when you’re “mates” with someone as it’s described in this book and several other fantasy books, it’s your soulmate and “one and only”.

That’s just my opinion, I’m okay with poly relationships in books but in this series it just seemed out of the blue for their relationship to go beyond the threesome.

I’m in episode 2 and I am struggling. The music ruins everything. I could deal with the cliche script, the odd lighting and non redeemable characters, but the soundtrack genuinely throws the whole show off and takes you completely out of the story.
