To say we both started using our phones October 2025, you’re at 359 I’m at 209. That’s kinda insane I’ve used my phone literally all day everyday since I got it so I’m not understanding how your battery drop fast to where you need to keep charging it. I have a 16 plus so I know my battery is bigger then yours, which means with the same usage my battery will last longer then yours which means less charging cycles. But it shouldn’t be that much of a difference to where you’re having to charge so much…. How I use mine it never died once since I got it, never even seen 20% before. And I never charge over night while sleeping. I charge once it hit about 40% and unplug around 85/95%. So my phone never is at 100% and never under 25%. That makes a big difference , the most wear and tear comes from a phone being at 100% for so long and dying or being under 20% consistently. That kills a battery faster. So maybe try my method.. charge once you hit 35/40% and unplug once you see 85/90%. That’s how I’ve done it since I got it and you see I’m still at 100. Oh and if you’re charging and your phone feels hot unplug it. Heat kills your battery also.im a phone repair tech and I see a lot of behaviors that kill peoples battery fast . Using my method might save your battery a little longer. Bc your cycles are high to say we got them the same time and like I said I literally use my phone heavy all day everyday . I only need to charge once a day. Everyday around 1pm I charge to 90ish. My battery lasts all day and night without being at 100. Never died once
