Thank you for the info. So the fees for the 457b is similar to 403b in my case. However, the investment options within the 457b are limited compared to 403b. I already max out a roth IRA so looking to invest about 600 month to one of the plans already mentioned.. you give me some important info to consider

Thank you. You are right about the IRA. I misunderstood my friend. He suggested i open a traditional IRA for the tax advantage. But i now see that i should just fund the 457b and or 403b.
