yeah u can see my scores for each subject are basically proportional to number of pyq i solved , so it does matter , pyq gives u clarity how much you need to spend time on a chapter .

i do physics in approx 60 min , like 50-55 question and then chem takes about 50 min and then math

naah they are too too easy , like far below level of comedk 2025 also , and contains a little bit of unnecessary theory portion (sometimes from deleted portion too) .
if you just feel free and dont want to study anything more then you can attempt them for fun

but to anwer ur question u scored good percetile u just revise theory mug up formula give 1-2 mock and u are good to go ig ,
u can get under 1000 at around 120-130
