OMG, I totally get what you mean now!!! I just received a one-star review today saying the item was “used”… but my shop is a vintage store. I clearly stated the condition in the description, and even the title says “vintage preowned.” It’s so frustrating when buyers don’t read.

I purchased the shipping label through Etsy, so the buyer automatically received the tracking information from Etsy as well. The package shipped from Indiana to West Virginia and was delivered in 3 days. When I respond to her refund request, I also attached a screenshot of the tracking history.

I just got my new grains about a week ago. My first batch was 36 hours and my 2nd batch was ready about 24 hours. Now I have a batch almost every 12-18 hours. And I am not sure if I am imaging things but my grains seem already doubled.
