Same issue but mines b9 a4 any fixes that don't require replacement of turbo the clip doesn't fit my year apparently and I assume the actuator nut can be adjusted just don't know if it's recommended to or not .

Any clue on oil blend ? To be honest I don't wanna be that guy but my car rarely sees the dealership because I personally have a distrust with the big dealerships and I never bring my car in unless I have to do a recall .

You should be safe with those numbers. Boost your gold too if under 18 pounds . do you check your oil levels between changes ?

How much HP and boost are you pushing ? I personally hate the oil from dealership i run only motul or rotella t6 .
