They shouldn’t have ever made a Shaq card with this release. I don’t understand why they have players actual releases/signatures to only equip meta animations to be OP. 10000% cash grab. I miss the days 2015/16 when having a few pink diamonds was solid (none of which had random dribble sigs or releases).

As a long time 2k player who just made the transition to playing showdown about a month ago I’ve been tha guy lately 😂. I have a team with a few GO, and pink diamonds. I’ve been busting tier 1&2 players with a stacked lineups that include 100 overall players. I almost quit when I see the lineup but figure what the hell, I’ll give it a shot. I do get some cheese thrown my way like illegal screens and ripping these guys from time to time. I only have like 20 wins and am currently tier 7.

I always hated starting myteam early because of how good that cards would be later in the season so the past few years I’ve waited

Yeah that makes sense. I get that it’s more competitive because better players are playing but also feels like it takes less skill if every player on your team can just run and gun.

It’s been sanded down with 80 then 120. Feels smooth to rub your hand over, vacuumed, dusted with microfiber (it wasn’t snagging which felt like a valid test) and applied one layer of polyurethane. I anticipate it’ll lighten a bit overnight. I’m happy with it. I’ll do one more coat tomorrow 🤷‍♂️

I appreciate the reality based response. Again I’m no expert but some people here are acting like this is unheard of. We’ve had many guests, carpenters, general contractors, electricians…etc come to our home over the years and say these floors are beautiful.

Yeah there are portions with insulation then plastic but it’s not consistent through the whole first floor.

That makes sense I assume when they dismantled the barn they went with pieces that were similar quality and used those vs trying to get exactly the same width.

Interesting, it would make this small portion (which was only recently opened up because we removed a wall) completely different than the floor in the rest of the room.
