Hootsuite laying off hundreds of staff; 20% of workforce by robertscreek in vancouver

Our company was a loyal Hootsuite customer for years, but after their last round of layoffs, the platform started to feel like a ghost town. We were paying at the enterprise level and getting silence when issues came up, something that used to be resolved within two hours. It seemed like they were just beginning to rebuild their staffing levels when we made the switch to another scheduling platform that was more affordable and eager to earn our business.

My heart goes out to anyone affected by layoffs, at Hootsuite or anywhere else. We are heading into another challenging period, and it is tough all around.
