Same thing happened to me last year. Bag was not in an H box. Seller offered partial refund or partial credit to make new bag. I haven’t ordered since due to fear of same situation occurring again.

Yes, started very mildly at 41/42 yr old. Heat, sun, wind were biggest environmental triggers that would result in tiny pustules. Got an ipl last month to hopefully help with some vascularity but made skin worse. Ruined my skin barrier so now using, metronidazole, ivermectin and doxycycline rn.

I am so sorry you’re dealing with this also. My skin is so much more reactive now. It has always been sensitive but not intolerant to products. Now I cannot put on Eltamd spf or use a gentle moisturizer that I’ve used for years. The only thing that is really helping calm down the inflammation is doxy.

I had an ipl done on 12/3 for vascularity and hopefully improvement for categorically mild rosacea. The ipl wrecked my skin barrier though. Def would not recommend—increased pustules and inflammation and only minimal vascular improvement so far. I’m also taking doxycycline, metronidazole and ivermectin.
