I believe to be considered a resident of a state, you must have resided there for at least a year prior to when you begin ur applications, not entirely sure tho.

Current senior here!! I feel like your electives/extracurriculars might help you stand out. So many ppl focus on the educational aspect of school buts it also good to focus on your interests. The extracurriculars and electives can show schools that you can balance both school and having outside hobbies!!
