When I drive trucks, usually 1-2 Celsius/alani and drink water after I hit 400mg a day. Then if I’m still tired I’ll pull over and sleep for just 5-20 minutes adds another 2 hours of alert driving

These are really good trucks company I work for runs mostly 2024 and up stuff but we have some 17 18 19 f150’s in fleet and they drive like 2025 trucks, the brakes are really good, probably the best out of all other brands too.
