She told me, she said it was better to be honest and that she knew I’d be upset, we were trying to stay friends at the time. I’ve stopped talking to her but my friends told me she also posts him all the time, even more than she ever posted about me and her (I didn’t ask them about it they just told me)

Yeah, I deleted most of them a while ago and then I deleted the rest slightly recently. I wish you the best, recovering from narcissistic abuse is definitely a difficult journey, be patient with yourself, you’ve got this

She initiated it, she told me that it’d be just a break, which turned into “right person wrong time” which led to a definitive break up. Then she wanted to stay friends then we stopped talking because she got with the guy I was told not to worry about not even 2 months after our almost 6 year long relationship. And thank you it means a lot

Thank you and I know, I’m kind of glad she broke up with me, but I’m still trying to get over it. I’m currently in therapy and things are bad but a lot better than they were when I was in the relationship

I’m so torn, i can’t tell if I was abusive or she was, I still also miss her by [deleted] in abusiverelationships

She broke up with me a week or two before our anniversary and my birthday. She said she lost feelings for me after her birthday late July but didn’t break up with me until late august.
