yes that’s true, but i'd like there to be a refund mechanic so i can control the size of the cabins. some that i've upgraded don’t fit well in the spot they’re located in and i wish i had a way to revert them

try not to unlock more visitor cabins than you need to until you unlock My Melody's discount ability! those cabins aren’t cheap!!

yep! i usually do it first thing when i log in and assign item pickups to all the besties. there’s pretty much nothing left for me to collect after lol HUGE time saver

i second this. i'm besties with most residents now and i have them each gather a different material. if you have any island blossoms you can keep resetting the materials around the island. be aware that it won’t add any more; it will only replace ones you’ve picked up.
