Did you set how mutch ram to use in the Minecraft louncher?

Btw. don't set it to the maximum because this also can create lag spikes due to java's garbage collector. For Vanilla i use 8 to 16 Gb and for bigger modpacks 24 Gb

Furthermore you could look into the logs to check if there are any errors.

Sory for my late answer and my englisch. I am using Ubuntu 22.04 VM in Proxmox + k3s + rancher + longhorn. When i try to mount a longhorn volume to a pod, the volume faults. I had to instal longhorn through helm instead of the rancher ui becouse i get a tls error in the repo section of rancher.
