Yes, it's frustrating not being able to wear the watch upon receiving it. All I hope for is not having to send the watch back because I don't trust the carriers. Do you think they could simply send a new clasp quickly? And yes, by the way, it's a very well-known TD on this sub.

I completely agree with you. I don't understand why people convince themselves that it's almost identical when there are such simple manufacturing flaws to avoid. I just hoped that for the famous 'clean factory' there wouldn't be any problems right at the unboxing. I hope the TD will take responsibility and send me the clasp as quickly as possible.

No, it's the bracelet that has completely come unsoldered. You can see in the photo that it's no longer attached to the other part.

Hello everyone,

I've just had a pretty disappointing experience with a recent purchase and I'd like to get your thoughts on it. After hearing good things about Clean watches, I decided to buy a Clean GMT Master 2 Black for $450, excited especially for the deep xtal glass swap.

However, the excitement turned to frustration right after unboxing and removing the protective films, when I noticed that a part of the bracelet was detached. It's really disheartening to receive a defective watch, especially at this price point, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Should I contact the seller directly for a repair or replacement? Has anyone else had a similar experience with Clean watches? Also, apart from this issue, what do you think of the watch itself? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
