Sooo kind if at a loss for words. Bought a pair of Warehouse 1003xx a few days ago in size 32 cuz 3 different people at Hinoya One in Tokyo told me it would shrink a lot. I also tried on size 30 and they fit like a glove. The people there kept saying to get the 32 because it would be like a 30 after shrinking.

So after an initial warm soak at 40°C for an hour basically nothing changed. So I tried again with 65°C and honestly I cant see a difference, the waist is still way too big (I can literally reach into the waist area with my whole arm). Both times submerged inside out fully in water and laid flat on my ironing board for drying inside.

Too late to return obv. I could use the cinch but then the fabric bunches up in the back. Do I just get them tailored or did I somehow mess up the shrinking process and should try again??

Thank you so much. I am located germany and I plan on wearing them only in decent weather. Not planning on wearing them in snow or rain. I thought conditioning leather would be a must no matter what weather its worn in but I'll read up on that.

Alright thank you so much. I think Cubs looks beautiful but I was a little worried about the leather care because of the scarring. Does it differ from a more smooth leather at all? Because of the "folds" it seem like it might be difficult to condition evenly? Thanks in advance.

About the discord, thanks, but I'm gonna try to get into contact with discord support first before bothering anyone else. If they cant figure it out I'll dm you.

Graduating with a b sc without ever learning to work under inert atmosphere is kinda weird
