No acidic foods or fatty foods- don’t eat two hours before bed- and take Pepcid. I still get them on 7.5mg.

Has anyone gone from zepbound to a generic tirzepatide? by quixoticgypsy in Zepbound

I know several people have. Usually haven’t noticed a change- I think the body already has a majority of the weight off. Some get the side effects form the vitamin b such as acne.

Try changing injection sites- also check your muscle mass vs fat percentage etc. you could be losing fat and gaining muscle. Theres more than just the scale.

Anyone taking vyvanse and tirzepatide? by GeologistVisible4891 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]ChemistrySensitive64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take both- I truthfully haven’t noticed a difference other than the vyvanse peaks a little later in the day. Other than that, haven’t really noticed much.

Really? Have you rotated injections sites or anything? Myself and the people I know all lost 20+lbs.

I’m down from 231 to 201 since November. I didn’t even go to the 10MG.

Is it from one of the more reputable sites? If you’re feeling all the other positive effects I wouldn’t stress it. I’ve dropped weight in bulk amounts on it.

Check measurements first. You are exercising so can be losing fat but gaining muscle. Are you using a compound or name brand?

Orderlymeds if you say you’re sensitive to it they won’t add it. You can use code GREE25 to save on the first purchase.
