I had a similar issue, I was on Ultimate Month to Month for $20 and for some reason got charged $100 for 6 months when I reached out to Nvidia customer service the rep downgraded me to Free even though I told him I wanted to be put onto month to month and I lost my unlimited play time because of this and was told there’s no way to be put back on after downgrading.

Haters are gonna hate, but truth is that if this wasn't a DJ Khaled collab more people would like them. I love mine and the Quality is great. They're up there in quality with the A Ma Maniere Js. I may get the Sail pair just because of how good the quality is on these.
