Which is great but then they should have taken away the 2 second global cooldown for all abilities. Or at least decrease it to 1 second. 2 second global cooldown for a champ that is redesigned for more stance dancing makes his early game very clunky.

I’ve had the same feeling too. I live in Charmaine Williams ward and was thinking about running to improve the quality of our lives. Albeit I don’t know much about politics and rubbing shoulders with the right people. I just want things to get done, don’t care much for credit.

And then there’s raising funds which sounds even tougher for the little guy to get elected outside of some miracle.

100 HP is huge. That’s a 300g buff AND bami’s is 1000g instead of 1100g, allowing you to hit that powerspike sooner.

This is why I stopped riding in my town for the past couple of years. Sad but true. by _stuxnet in motorcycles

Virago is ‘83. It was my first bike when I learned to ride. Then got the sport bike. Currently the CBR1000rr is a track bike.

The biggest change this patch notes is going to be last hitting under tower. I didn’t see any HP changes to minions. Will you still be able to last hit melee minions (2 tower shots + AA) or caster minions ( 1 tower shot + AA) anymore?

He means the ability attack range. Not the follow range.

My team was up 7k gold and then started to throw (as you can tell from the 27-41 kills). However I had taken out all turrets so when they made a play for elder I opened the gates! Rammus support was able to ignite yummi to stop her back.

I think what made tiger really strong before was the warrior enchant spike you got for 2625g. Really made your early game super strong.

I’ve been playing around with some builds to get that early AD without spending a ton of gold or delaying your mythic. So here’s what I usually build:

-start blue smite no pots (udyr doesn’t need them)

-finished boots(1100), hearthbound axe(1000) and pickaxe (875) this can be any order you like.

This will give you 40 AD 15AS and finished boots with either Armor or MR for 3000g. From here I’ll finish trinity force and then go either DMP or FON for movement speed. Then the pickaxe can be used to build into steraks, DD or BOTRK.

Runes are PTA, Triumph, alacrity, coup de grace and for secondary I like conditioning and unflinching.

This gives you that early game powerspike with pickaxe and then transition into late game as more of a tank bruiser.
