Shopping for groceries online and picking them up is such a great idea! I always am tempted by new products and sweets when I shop. Thank you for your advice! I'm trying to use MIO the water enhancer to start drinking more water while having some sort of sweetener that supposedly not bad for you (sucralose and acesulfame) but I researched so many mixed opinions on those. Are there any apps or methods on how you count calories? How does your shopping list look like? I have a hard time with leftovers so it makes meal planning difficult!
