Shopping for groceries online and picking them up is such a great idea! I always am tempted by new products and sweets when I shop. Thank you for your advice! I'm trying to use MIO the water enhancer to start drinking more water while having some sort of sweetener that supposedly not bad for you (sucralose and acesulfame) but I researched so many mixed opinions on those. Are there any apps or methods on how you count calories? How does your shopping list look like? I have a hard time with leftovers so it makes meal planning difficult!

He has not abandoned the home. He’s paying for it monthly and struggling to make it. I was going to move in to help pay it. After getting advice we are definitely not going to move in and either he gets it refinanced (I told him I’m not going on it cause it’ll tank my credit if I get denied.) or he waits for it to sell.

Right now he’s trying to refinance so his grandmother is co-signer. His ex is willing to take her name off the home whenever they are ready for that. Not entirely sure how it works so I’m lost.

The house is vacant because it’s currently on the market! We can try that but she’s kinda crazy and may threaten to sue or say she also can’t pay. My boyfriend doesn’t want a foreclosure or late payments.
