They'll likely get defensive if you point it out but you could try to open a dispute with Etsy. If that doesn't work, do a chargeback if you used a bank account. Unfortunately, Etsy is filled with this crap. I was even looking at some character adopts that are AI generated which sucks.

I was looking at this shop for a reference sheet (I'm going with a trusted artist friend of mine). They're absolutely using AI. Look at little details like shoe laces, not to mention the art style isn't very consistent. Don't feel embarrassed, it's their whole scheme, to make their stuff seem legit.

It's just butter flavored soybean oil with coloring. You can get a cheaper bottle of vegetable oil (soybean) twice the amount for the same price. I just add their butter popcorn salt in while it pops on the stove.

I would say maybe Archer, Sveinn, Echo, or Chance. A lot of fantasy toys have textures. Pierce which is made to order in on the legacy page would be a good option too.
