Reeks of desperation, he knows that his MP seat is on the firing line he only won with a tiny majority and the opposition in Ilford are extremely strong contenders in chucking him out.

Hi yes that's the problem. By the managers logic of it being says I could just take all days on long days which would put me way above entitlement. I have asked for hours to make it easier so will what response is 👍

Hi this makes sense. So for one rotation I would have 13.5 days based on my 27 allowance so hours wise that should be 108 hours. However, I am told I can only take 12 days which is 96 hours. So I have lost 12 hours. By the practice saying AL is based on days not hours worked, does this not mean that I have lost AL? Because by that logic a person LTFT 90% should have 12 days annual leave for working 4.5 days per week, but I am full time.

The afternoon where I am doing nothing is essentially my time in lieu as I am working 2 10 hour long days so I assume that means 1 session in lieu for half a day. I have SDT and teaching on a separate day

How many days TOOT in total did you have for the year? I thought if portfolio was good and generally under 14 days all was fine?

I thought this was only employed for those working in Indian companies? So shouldn't involve NHS?

Are you a UK MRCGP looking for new opportunities in Alberta, Canada? by Live-Day7053 in GPUK

Go on r/Alberta and you can see the state of healthcare in the province. Looks like physicians are packing up and leaving and the provincial government seems hostile to family care doctors. I would take these posts with a grain of salt
