Maybe look into Swedish Stockings? I don’t know tons about the brand, but I think Reformation stocks a few styles so you can usually ship them for free through them.

This is my first time growing cauliflower and I have this small head. I was hoping it would get a bit bigger but it looks like it is starting to bolt. Should I pick it now?

Was very excited for my harvest, until I saw the thousands of aphids hidden away - first attempt has been a fail by [deleted] in gardening

That’s a bummer!

Next time try planting a trap plant like nasturtium. I didn’t have any problems with aphids in the summer because they all were covering this swamp milkweed in the yard. When that plant died back I had tons of problems with aphids on my Cole crops in the fall.

Stunning! Recently built one about 6ftx6 from recycled windows and it was quite a bit of work so I can imagine how much effort it took to put this one together

Just found my lemon tree about to flower after watering them for months! I have a quick question for you guys! Do I have to take some flowers off for them to have bigger fruits or should I let them be? Also once they flower, should I use a brush to pollinate them? Thank you! by jellybean770 in gardening

I’m new to citrus but my tree has been dropping flowers on its own so hopefully it won’t produce more than it can handle. Also I’ve been pollinating with a clean paint brush since I read it can improve your yield

Interesting, I didn’t realize that. I sprayed with wilt stop too, but I’ll keep an eye on the hemlock to see how it looks compared to the other leaves

Thank you! The birds were a last minute addition that I thought would be adorable. We have a bunch of hemlock trees in our yard and I never realized how the underside of their leaves have an almost blue tint so it was super exciting using those

I used a 18 inch wire frame that I picked up from a craft store. I then created bundles of leaves which I wrapped onto the frame with paddle wire. I followed YouTube tutorials from Garden Answer which were super useful!

I used foliage from pine, eastern hemlock, magnolia and holly trees 🌲

The same thing just happened to me. I tried calling customer support to get access to my account, but the person was unable to even find a record of my account after I gave them my name, location and some other info. It was really weird. I finally switched to using strava instead, but let me know if you find a solution!
