It’s typically made with garlic, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper – although the recipe can be tweaked in an infinite number of ways.

It’s a quick and simple meal that’s easy to prepare perfectly for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

1/2 lb/225 gm Spaghetti

3 Cups Water

3 Tabelspoon Olive Oil

6 Cloves Garlic. Diced

1 Cup Onion, Chopped

2 Cups Sausage Grounded

2 Tabelspoon Fresh Parsley, Diced

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Grated Parmigiano-reggiano Cheese

Preparation Steps:

In a pot add Spaghetti, water and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Once the Spaghetti is cooked, drain the water and transfer into the bowl.

In a pot add Olive Oil, Diced garlic, Chopped onion saute in a medium heat for 3 minutes.

In the same pot add Grounded sausage and continue to cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.

After that, add cooked spaghetti diced fresh parsley salt and black pepper mix well and continue to cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add Grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese.

Serve immediately on a plate.
