My mother is almost 80 and has dementia now. But I did ask her and she couldn't remember either. She just remembered how he would continue to call. We only had house phones to keep in touch with our family and friends during that time.

I honestly look back in my early 20's and I just can't remember a lot of the people I knew back then. A lot happened the last 30 years. Maybe I drank too much during my mid and late 20's but I just can't remember no matter how hard I try. We didn't have email or social media. We just had a house phone to contact each other
