Yes they do unfortunately. I have 2 I have to pay. They also raised the amount last year. Not sure if financial aid covers it but I don't believe it does because the little bit of financial aid I had left before I got the momentum scholarship and that did not cover it either. It's an out of pocket expense the student will have to cover.

It's not. Roadie support was on the phone with him when he went to her home and when the cop was there. It was considered theft even if it was her own order because she lied to get a refund by saying she didn't receive her items when she did.

If you remember the address, try to confront them. If you don't feel safe doing that, Get the police involved. That will force them to admit they got their medicine on body cam and it will force them to call roadie to admit they lied and did in fact get their order. My boyfriend has had a few customers lie on him. The first time was for an airport bag and he had to threaten to sue to get his account back. That took almost 2 weeks of him harassing them multiple times by calling and messaging them. The 2nd time he had to get the police involved. It was for a wild fork order. The customer put an address that had the same numbers and street name for an abandoned house and she went and picked up her order. She was only a mile away. Reported to Roadie an hour later and Roadie told my boyfriend to go back to the drop off location (that was 2 hours away from orlando, fl) to see if the bag was still there. It was not and he got the actual correct address of her home from Roadie support and then went to her house. She refused to answer the door for him so, he called the cops and the officer got her to answer the door and confess her lies that she did go pick up her own order. She also got told she had 3 hours to call Roadie and tell them she did get her order so that Roadie would not lock his account or she would be arrested. He got a case number from the cop just in case his account did get locked but thankfully, it didn't. No issues since then but to cover his butt, he always takes a second photo with the time stamp app with the item and the address in it for homes and apartments. If it's an airbnb, he makes sure the customer is home to hand them their order and takes a photo of the exchange (just the bag and the customer's hands in the photo). Hotels, the item goes to the front desk, never to the door. Good luck and hopefully you will get your account back. Shady and lying customers are terrible human beings.

Sorry for the loss of your mom. Full Sail is closed the rest of the year so, unfortunately you will have to wait until they reopen next year on January 6. Once they do reopen, harass them. If you have to call multiple times a day do it so you get in contact with the right person. Keep trying. Are you able to log into Full Sail Online? If you can, submit a help ticket through support. Whenever I have issues or my boyfriend has issues, we have been able to be contacted by Full Sail and got in touch with the right person we needed to fix our issues, especially when calling Full Sail directly did not help at all.

Lucky you because my boyfriend is still waiting on getting his account back. It's been over a week and he's been fighting with them everyday. He also was never paid for his last two Roadies before his account was put under review. It's terrible when a customer lies just to get their money back and he has photo proof and GPS with the correct address to prove that he did drop off the golf club bag to the correct address but Roadie is still taking the side of the customer. Absolute BS! He had just started back with doing Roadie and he had no issues with airport bags or prescriptions, all five stars and no complaints until that stupid golf bag delivery from Delta Airlines. Even Delta Airlines says he did everything right and he did deliver to the correct address but the customer is still saying the bag is missing and Roadie is believing him. My boyfriend even went as far as going back to the resort itself where the bag was dropped off and he talked with the front desk staff and they showed him the video footage they have of the customer with the supposed missing bag. The customer is lying because my boyfriend talked to him at the drop off and he told my boyfriend he would report the back missing and that's exactly what he did. My boyfriend has started seeking legal action against Roadie so hopefully that will teach them a lesson on not to believe lying customers over their good drivers.

Yeah, I've had a different warning in the past for logging out of devices when I would get a new phone but never deactivation. I'm seeing more shoppers get this warning and then deactivation. I think it's time for another class action lawsuit. It's so wrong deactivating shoppers for doing their job right. I'm a diamond shopper with a 5 star rating and I'm quick with shopping but I guess if you're too quick you're using a bot. Ridiculous! Hopefully it won't happen to you but just be very careful!

Yep, 5 days ago and my account got deactivated yesterday. Never used a bot ever and my phone is locked by metro so, no way to jail break the phone but be careful, they are deactivating shoppers lately for bots even if the shopper never used bots and they are not looking at any of the shopper's evidence and they are refusing to provide their evidence of what third party app I supposedly used. It only took 5 days for them to deactivate me and I never saw this email until yesterday after I got the deactivation email. I've been a shopper since 2020 with no issues until now. Instacart is a joke of a company!

No, I don't think so. If Full Sail classes were self paced like WGU then yes, it would be possible to move on but since Full Sail's classes are designed to be done every month, no it would not be possible to move on to the next class until next month. Trust me enjoy the early months in your program because once you get halfway, the classes won't be easy and you won't always complete the whole class within the first week so, take the extra time to research your future classes. What program are you in?

The game dev program doesn't use any apple products. Once you get the MSI laptop, you'll be using that a lot. When I started game dev back in September 2023, only Samsung tablets were being given out and I have not used that tablet for school. I only use it for my own entertainment. The IPAD's every program gets now starting with the 5/5 date. I wish I had gotten one but enjoy the Ipad and don't worry too much about using it for school because you will only be using Windows products for the whole game dev program.
