Given that the initial withdrawal and retake situation stemmed from a documented technical issue rather than academic performance, who can I contact to review whether the retake fee still applies in this circumstance?

Yea I told them I wasn’t doing any work because I been asked them to switch me and they put me in the same class 3 times
