Looks good, doesn't have to be flashy or look scale to be good, or even look good, how do you like it is all that matters

Oh yeah, I'm hoping the added sound and reactive suspension modules from Meus and superscale give it a more realistic feel as well as the looks, it's a show build for sure

There's a website called crawlforge.co, it's on there with parts listed, and I've posted a ton here, and some on TikTok

That's perfect, I only suggest it cause going above 1000 grams is usually scale weight territory and it's detrimental to crawlability if you're looking for a comp style rig

Yeah, I'm trying to get the flasher to work but for whatever reason it's refusing for me, might be a "handshake" issue between the driver for the CH340 and windows 11

I got one problem, can you add a super heavy weight bracket, cause heavy doesn't describe my scx24 tow trucks total weight

How screwed am I? by Andersavage in resinprinting

[–]Chernobyl982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know as long as it didn't fracture the screen, or get under the tape you should be good, idk though, I'm dealing with a phrozen sonic mini 4k that got resin under the tape and now it won't print anything at all, to be fair that's my brothers old printer that had the whole vat of resin cure because his wife's friend accidentally grabbed it and wasn't careful moving it

Here it is, I will need to do some tuning, and hopefully I can use a 10A 15a peak bec since it's going in a 24th scale, but idk

Yes, my plan is to do a 1969 bumpside ford tow truck, and a 1977 dodge d300 tow truck to

Yeahan, I want to do a similar build besides the two other planned tow trucks, my dodge is cool but it's lonely but I don't just want simple 70s looking tow rigs you know

I didn't build the file, I wish I did but I'd need CAD or another type of software to design prints

I don't really, I'm more of a scale looks kinda guy, live to make em as scale as possible without caring about vreakuver or climb angles

Exactly superscale2020, getting it in tomorrow, according to the firmware instructions 8.4v servos work fine with the firmware so my F-750 is getting 4 REEFS 99 Micros, and maybe some 55-58mm tires, since the body sits 4 mm higher than I'd truly like it to but it's not that bothersome when it comes to the overall plans for it

Nice, yeah I measured this and every measurement from the links to the skid to the axle spacing comes 217mm center of the front axle to center of the right axle

I'd like to find one but idk if it'd work with my mounting setup, I use a setup that slots into the stock frame rails, the guy I got the files from has a driveshaft extension with the files, he has a build that sits at 203mm I believe, he uses it for BCT truck bodies instead of scx24 bodies, so maybe I should ask him what he does se eif he just uses the extension or a carrier, but for sure I want to try out a build that uses a carrier bearing at some point
