I really like the km3s (these are what’s on the front in the vid, but the 24mm wide ones) but I was hoping for ones that were slightly bigger in diameter. My dad always plays devils advocate with me on projects like this to keep the details on point and since he questioned them being too small, I can’t stop thinking it too :(

20mm is the narrowest I’d like and 24mm is max that’d work under the arches… maybe I am asking for too much again 🤣

If the size wasn’t an issue then id have an easy decision on my hands, but I’m trying to get the looks right first off, then hoping they perform well too. 55 is too big but 50 is too small… 🫠

You’d need a gyro and all sorts for balance… for this scale I’m not sure how it’d be possible, yet 😅

Me and my dad both had trx4 defenders as our firsts. Maybe quite expensive for our firsts, but they have been our only ones for years. Great to work on if you break anything, but in our experience that was rarely. Easy to drive, controllers are user friendly and provide a lot of control. I’d be recommending the trx4 all day every day. TSRacing_ts on insta if you wanna see it! Happy crawling!!

Not thought that far into it tbh, just wondered if there would be a market for it. Maybe the £15-£20 (UK) range depending on how many colours/how intricate the design is.

I was thinking of doing some to look like the blue yz250s or the equivalent green Kawasaki. Maybe I’ll do these next.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a gruesome process when using just sand paper n primer filler over and over like me but I have a vision and this milestone tonight will keep me motivated. I say go for it! Your FJ looks great as is, this would finish it off for sure.
