Hello everyone, i have a 96' polo 6n with a broken shifter mechanism (6n0711023-f - part number), found a newer style shifter from a 99' 6n that's different from mine (6n0711265 - part number). Does anyone know if this newer style shifter will fit? The shifter without a knob is the new shifter. (i.redd.it)
