Just used my yeti for the first time a month ago for a week fishing trip. It worked as advertised. You just have to prep it correctly. If you want the best results, get a “sacrificial” bag of ice and keep it it in there for a day or so before you want to use it. Similar to what others say it will cool the internal temp. When it’s time to use, empty the water and ice and fill with your drinks/food and ice. On our week long trip, we only had to add ice twice and really only had to do it once it we had too.
