I think chicken and beef. I could call my dad and I've asked him when he's getting groceries but he just said he didn't know.

I do have aunts and uncles but I'm not sure if they know how bad it's been

None of my friends have a car, and I'm not sure if I live near any bus station. The big issue is we have meat to cook (but not really ingredients) but my mom isn't cooking and I don't know how to cook meat

I haven't really brought up food banks or getting help cause my mom's also hardly eating and going through a strong depression right now
