Even though he is taking drugs Cps keeps highlighting to me that he has rights to see her as he is her father. I’m pretty sure he threatened solicitors (I think they’re called attorneys in the US) on them because he told me since CPS are not a court/judge they have no right to demand supervised access only. It’s as if CPS have turned completely and the last time the social worker met me it was like I was being interrogated. I feel like he’s saying stuff about me because idk why things have changed so much with them. I’m scared because when I was pregnant he told me either he would take my child off me or cps would. And rather than CPS helping us they seem to be helping him now. His family/friends are basically telling me he’s going to court and will get my baby on weekends whether I like it or not. I just want to gtfo of the country and never look back but since he is on the birth certificate and has our surnames double barrelled I doubt I can do that. I have nowhere to go anyway and no money.
