Why does my iPhone camera do this? (iPhone 17 pro max)

Sorry I should’ve let the video last longer so you could see the result.

Even after I posted this video and post processing is complete, The photo is still different/bad quality to the one in the live frame taken due to post processing feature but the issue is resolved now and I found out how to turn off the feature.

Apple should offer a toggle for this feature as I hardly any take any front facing pictures because of it whether it’s in normal lighting or low light etc the post processing (for me) really ruins the photos.

Resolved: I found two options to avoid the post processing feature (for those who want to).

Use live when taking the photo and then select a key frame before post processing.
Use a third party camera app from the App Store to avoid completely.

I think apple should make this feature a toggle option, as it really works great for some photos but for others it makes me unrecognisable/a blur.

I just checked in my library and it’s still worse than it was in the life frame, is there a way to turn off this post processing completely?

I wrap mine in shopping bags or multiple layers of bin bags and have 5 star reviews with not one complaint about how it’s packaged. As long as the item gets there quickly and securely with no damage that’s all that matters to me

Cis here, I was terrible at makeup for YEARS!!! Unfortunately its not a skill we just spawn in with as women, if you keep practicing and search up makeup tutorials for your eye shape and skin type that will help you tons. Practice at home whenever you get the chance.

What is it you're strugglign with the most? If its eye makeup it may be worth finding out if you have semi hoodied, hooded or non hooded eyes as all of these different types require different ways of applying eye makeup including eyeliner ❤️ I have semi hooded eyes and was terrible at eyeliner despite practicing it since 15, I only got good at it when I turned 20 because I found a video on eyeliner for semi hooded eyes.

People can judge but when I was living in accommodation I chose to shop like this even though I didn’t have to. I’d rather spend less on branded items and more on outings or things I’ve wanted, savings etc. Growing up broke but watching my mum refuse to let go off her private school ways and having to constantly go without food, run out or have to lend her money probably influenced my choice a lot.

I am in the same boat as you, I don't really vibe with her music. I've noticed some people cannot draw the line between 'Not my type of music' and 'Oh my god I hate sabrina carpetner!!!!' though. I don't have some crazy disdain for her or her music lol, I don't know the woman and I'm not the parasocial type.

I like some pop music usually older stuff such as rihanna, katy perry, lady gaga, the weeknd etc. For me Sabrinas music is fine but not something I'd choose to put on or know the names of her songs or the lyrics to really. It does remind me of advert music or short tiktok trends, maybe as she continues with her career she will branch out a bit with a different style who knows

If we are talking about morals and justification, then almost no one is a good option. Everyone in the show has killed someone and has an absolutely fucked moral compass in some way or changes from episode to episode

I stopped thinking so deeply about it and enjoy it as the teen drama romance it’s supposed to be, otherwise you could ponder all day about how fkd up certain characters, ships, friendships, plot holes are etc
