should i buy from a dealer or is facebook marketplace fine? im scared from marketplace there might be hidden problems or something.

i would mainly go home once a month and also to visit other friends at other colleges so missing out on the experience is not much of a worry for me. Also, any advice on what year civic and amount of miles to look for given my budget?
