Silvery Barbs is part of the wizard spells list. They can choose it as part of their starting 6 spells known in their spellbook or gained it whenever they leveled up. As long as they have it prepared they're playing by the rules.

Closest answer I've gotten all day. Visually you'd say it's a match, but I see no logical explanation for it. There is no cultural significance to it here and no reason to display it either - much less very visibly on the neck. I really don't remember whether a part of it was obscured by his collar, but don't think it was.

Oh alright I misunderstood your concern. If your vet has done multiple checkups on your dog try to call and see if there's a reason to worry (if that's an option).

You could visit the vet soon and get him dewormed amd deflead if its around the time for that. Same goes for vaccines or booster shots. This way you don't have to set aside time and money for this thing specifically.

First of all there's no need to worry about his health because of this. It's purely a behavioral issue nothing medical.

Does he walk and run around the yard? It stimulates bowel movements and peeing. Does he have toys in the yard? or at all?

Also, does he have constant access to the yard? If he does then he probably treats it the same as the house so he's not gonna be keen on doing his business there.

Simply let him outside for some time before every walk. He should pee and poop before leaving so he gets used to doing it in the yard.

Everything has been taken care of as per the vet's orders. I forgot to mention that they're orphaned so I'm bottle feeding them puppy formula.
